Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Always lock doors but avoid the bottom lock.

Parking: Park in the rear lot or on the street at your own risk. Unauthorized parking may result in towing.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at the host's discretion for $70/night, one pet per reservation. Unauthorized pets incur a $150 fee per night.

Communication: All issues must be reported via the platform messaging tool; phone support is not available unless of emergency.

Respect Property: Treat the unit with care. If something is broken or moved, fix or return it. No hair dye allowed—$100 cleaning fee for violations.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Noise complaints will lead to a warning; further violations incur a $50 fee.

No Parties or Events: No parties, loud music, or gatherings. Violations result in a $1000 fee per night.

Additional Guest Policy: No more than the reserved number of guests. Unauthorized guests incur a $75/night fee.

Late Checkout: Late checkout available for $75. Unapproved late checkouts incur $75 every 30 minutes, with a full-night charge after 2 hours.

Film/Photoshoot Policy: Filming and photoshoots are prohibited, with a $50 fee for violations.

Third-Party Booking: You must be present during your stay. Unauthorized third-party bookings incur a $500 fee.

Open Flame Policy: Candles or open flames are prohibited; violations incur a $300 fee.

Mail Policy: We do not accept mail. Set up a temporary mailbox if needed.

Accidents/Liability: We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost items. A $150 fee applies for handling and shipping items returned within 48 hours.

Lost Remote: Lost remotes incur a $200 charge.

Security/Tech Devices: Tampering with security devices (e.g., doorbell camera, sensors) incurs a $350 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.

Doorbell Camera: The doorbell camera monitors the front door for safety and verification. Do not tamper with it.

Security Panel: The security panel manages all unit devices. Violating security rules incurs a $350 fee.

Sensors: Fire, smoke, and water sensors ensure safety. Tampering with them will incur a $350 fee.

Early Check-in: Early check-in is available for $60 at 2 PM or $75 at 12:30 PM, subject to availability.
